Amina participates in panel discussions and public conversations at festivals, libraries and church academies. Her work spans historical trauma and processes of coming to terms with the past, interreligious and intrareligious dialogue, human rights policy, and issues relating to gender and LGBTQ+ rights.

In 2024, Amina took part in a panel conversation held in connection with the Norwegian premiere of the opera PUSH, alongside Bishop Ole Kristian Bonden, Auschwitz survivor Simon Gronowski and Rabbi Michael Kohn. The conversation explored historical responsibility, faith and reconciliation.
